Our regional footprint is approximately a 300- to 400-mile radius around Cincinnati, OH, extending across key states and regions, including Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee.
Avoid the exhaustion of traditional OTR routes. Our unique business model focuses on 500 to 600-mile outbound trips that bring you back toward our Wilmington terminal. By utilizing local drivers for final deliveries, we keep you moving during the week and ensure you get home 1 or 2 times mid-week in addition to your weekends.
At SEWELL, we have a stable and long-standing base of clients (many of whom are national in scope) that provide us as much work as we want. We are expanding by way of organic growth rather than acquisition, and we don’t have drivers sitting waiting for the business to come. Compensation & Benefits Designed for Success
You are paid by the mile for all miles, including deadhead miles (paid the same as loaded miles). Pay increases annually based on verifiable experience.
Regional drivers who stay out overnight receive $0.14 per mile in non-taxable per diem on all miles, which can save drivers $3,000.00 to $4,000.00 per year.
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance begins after 30 days. Our 401(k) plan offers immediate 100% vesting and a generous match up to 5.0% of compensation.
We offer safety, fuel efficiency, and referral bonuses. You also receive pay for layover, detention (after one free hour), and stop off fees.
